The Regional Management Inc Delta Amacuro, began the anniversary week with a mass of action of thank you carried out in the Cathedral Divina Pastora, where were present the personnel and friends of the institution who somehow are involved in the new vision that advances INCES with a more equal action and influent.

INCES Apure it started up the week of their 49 year-old celebration in an atmosphere full with much colorful, great enthusiasm, remembering, the ideas conceived by Dr. Luis Beltrán Prieto Figueroa, Venezuelan famous educator who promoted the professional formation of the workers, giving to the institute a vision of to contribute to specialized personnel's formation and to carry out training programs dedicated to the unoccupied youth; the agricultural qualification with object of forming capable farmers for an efficient use of the earth fomenting and I develop the learning of the hard-working youths and the fight against the illiteracy.
